Terms and Conditions:
- Tee Times available 30 Days in Advance
- One tee time can be made per pass holder per day.
- Trail passes require a signed contract
- Does not include tournament fees or range balls.
- All annual passes are good From October 1st to September 30th. Passes can be pro-rated depending on month of start.
- Cypress passes are prepaid green fees for the year and cart fees will be added at check-in, unless walking. Cart fees are $24 for 18 holes and $12 for 9 holes, per golfer, which also includes a city tax of $2 (9 holes) and $4 (18 holes). The city taxes are assessed for all players including walkers at check in.
- All fees are subject to sales tax
